DuPont State Recreational Forest is a very popular multiuse, bi-directional trail system, so be on the lookout for hikers, horses, and bikers. It is normally open in any weather although it can close in extended periods of freeze / thaw during the winter.

Description

Cedar Rock starts and ends off of Little River and connects to Big Rock at the top of the climb. The trail is mostly slick rock and can be dangerous to use when wet. The Southwestern portion is slightly steeper than the northeastern part. This is one of the most popular trails of DuPont and has wonderful views at the top.
