This is mostly a beginner trail with some interesting rolling terrain that keeps things exciting for intermediate hikers. It's a good (enough) easy trail for getting to know Lynn and getting into hiking.

The first half (north) of the trail goes very close to the highway and the noise is quite a hindrance. The second part goes near the lake and has some nice views and very easy hiking. Perhaps bring some food and have a picnic by the lake.
