The Bluff Trail is part of Knoxville's Urban Wilderness. It is located on the TN Wildlife Resources Agency's Forks of the River Wildlife Management Area.

The trail, overall, gains elevation, though the continuous ups and downs might make you wonder. There are a few steep sections, but rocks and rugged sections are common.
