Description

Overall, this is a great trail that can be used to make larger hiking loops in the park. The trailheads are marked clearly with signage.

As mapped from west to east, the trail starts out climbing quite a bit, but up very easy to moderate grades. After this initial climb, the trail rolls along easy grades and smooth track with only some roots and rocks.

Due to the easy grades and mellow surface, this would be a good one for families; however, if using it to make loops, it might be a little long for little ones.
