Description

This trail connects the main parking area to the Beaver Trail, passing the park's tent campsites along the way. There are two bridges along the way, crossing streams that were carved out from glacial melt water that shaped the landscape of the park.

Like the rest of the trails in the park, this one is heavily populated with spring-blooming wildflowers.

Flora & Fauna

Wildflowers: columbine, bloodroot, Dutchman’s breeches, hepatica, and the federally endangered Minnesota dwarf trout lily.
