Description

The Jennie Lake Trail is a fairly gradual trail with some steep sections towards the end. This trail can be popular on the weekends (both hikers and bikers) so stay alert. It is still pretty remote so don't expect massive crowds.

The first part of this trail does not have any creek crossings except a few tiny wet spots in the early season. As you approach the lake, the rocks in the trail will get larger. This is a great out-and-back and is even worth bringing along a fishing pole if you have some interest in fishing.

Several down trees. Try to stay on main trail. Snow small portion of trail from avalanche. Lake is clear. Area still a little muddy from rains. 4.5mi — 9h 08m
