Description

Park in the Lake Louise parking areas and take the Saddleback Trail a short ways to an intersection on your right/south to find the beginning of this short trail.

The trail heads south paralleling the edge of Lake Louise, albeit from some ways up through thick forest. It then turns west and heads downhill a little to offer clear views across the beautiful lake. The Beehive and chateau are also clearly visible from this point.
