Description

Hide and Seek Trail is unique in that it's the only top to bottom experience at Sandy Ridge. It is really two trails in one, with an upper and lower section that is split by Homestead Rd just after the intersection with Two Turntables and a Microwave.

Starting at the upper kiosk, head down a few banked turns before heading onto narrow, sometimes loose singletrack on the upper section of the route.

Watch for traffic as you approach the junction with Two Turntables and a Microwave. You'll navigate a wet armored section before making a sharp right turn onto the bridge. Stay right at the intersection past the bridge to get to the bottom half of Hide and Seek. Here the trail becomes smooth with nice wide turns and the forest is more dense on the lower reaches.

Look both ways at the Homestead Rd crossing and stay right at two intersections with Laura's Loop as you finish the route at the bottom of Sandy Ridge.
