Family Friendly This is a great little wooded singletrack section to add onto you hike with kids and family. If you like this segment, you can venture further off the end of this out toward Hurst Hollow.

Description

This is a short, scenic trail that links the natural singletrack system toward Hurst Hollow with the more trafficked Hamilton Greenbelt II Trail.

If you want to keep your hike almost entirely immersed in natural singletrack trails within the greenbelt zone, we suggest you park at the Palos Verdes Drive parking lot at the Hamilton Greenbelt II Trailhead and jump on the Palos Verdes Trail toward Hurst Hollow. This creates a really nice hike where you are likely to have the entire place to yourself with little to no trail traffic.

Flora & Fauna

Expect to come up on deer quite frequently as you explore these trails.
