A great, secluded singletrack mostly in the trees that ends with an incredible view of Mt. Sopris.

Description

This trail does not see a lot of use as it's either an out and back or done as part of a larger loop (Basalt Mtn Trail, Red Table, Red Table Road and Lone Pine Trail 30+miles). As a result the trail has numerous blow downs after Toner Reservoir. Don't let that stop you as the trail is very secluded and gives you a great backcountry experience. There is a piped spring just after Toner Reservoir if you need to fill up.

The trail ends on an open hill side with amazing views of Mt. Sopris and the Elks. I gave the trail a Difficult rating due to its remoteness, and the to blow downs. WIthout them it would be Intermediate. It is a long 5.2 miles so don't let the short distance fool you.
