Description

This is a more adventurous trail and not for the faint of heart. Just slipping off the downhill side of the trail in places could have some serious consequences.

The upper end starts out smooth enough but very tight through scrub oak. Things then open up and the rocks start in ernest. You are faced with a steep climb after going through a ravine.

A short meadow follows where you need to make a U-turn to stay on the correct trail and then the descending begins. At times rocky, steep, narrow and loose or any combination of those characteristics can apply.
