Family Friendly This one is fun for exploring trails, creek crossings, and views. There's convenient parking and it's just a few minutes to family-friendly food for post-hike grubbing (Torchy's Tacos, Mod Pizza).

Resist the temptation to take cut-through or non-marked "hack trails"....most cases of people getting confused or lost is because they took a "hack trail" or cut-through which was not marked with a trailhead sign.

Be careful on the upper canyon sections as there are some hazardous drop offs (well marked, but stay aware).

Description

This is a short trail that connects the Trophy Trail with the Rim Trail. There is a bathroom and free purified water dispenser on this segment if you have the need.
