Description

This is a well-maintained loop trail that guides hikers through an old-growth deciduous forest. The trail is well-marked and easy to travel. There are plenty of opportunities for birding. The lake, however, is non-existent, as it has dried up and become grown over.

Flora & Fauna

Red-headed woodpecker, prothonotary warbler, eastern cottontail, southern leopard frogs
