Description

The trail will guide you over a swamp, giving ample opportunities for admiring state champion trees or for watching for prothonotary warblers. Our trip was taken during a dry summer, so much of the swamp had dried up. The trail is moderately used and is accessible to all.

Flora & Fauna

Prothonotary warbler, northern cardinal, common grackle, eastern cottontail.
