Description
Starting at La Sal Pass kiosk, you'll wind down to the lower trailhead for 4 miles. The trail is a pleasant hike past Beaver Lake and continues on to La Sal Pass Rd 0073. This trail is an out and back. You can do a loop back to La Sal pass by returning up La Sal Pass Rd 0073. This trail is also mountain bike accessible, so keep an eye or an ear out for other trail users.
Flora & Fauna
You'll likely see deer and wild birds, including hawks. The trail winds through several groves of large aspen trees and the depending on the time of year, a bloom in color of wildflowers.
