West Fork Trail

The West Fork Trail is a mostly abandoned biking trail in the Chequamegon Area Mountain Bike Association's "Delta Cluster." The old-school trail travels through groves of trees and past nearby lakes.

The lower sections are very overgrown with ferns, so much so that the trail is obscured. The trail signage is faded and or damaged and needs updating. If maintained, the singletrack section would be a fun exploration through a rustic and remote setting.

The gravel and paved sections are mostly through cabin areas and have some periodic ATV trails alongside the road. The trailhead is located at the Delta Lake Campground (NE Corner). Since cell service is limited in the area, make sure you locate the trailhead before you lose connectivity.
