Description

Snoquera Falls is seasonal, and could be dry by fall, but is really impressive even when only a little water is flowing.

This trail starts from an intersection with the Moss Lake Loop Trail #09 and White River Trail #1199. Follow the middle trail that begins going slightly uphill right away. The path is smooth and gently sloops the whole time so the going is quite easy.

The trail will switchback a few times while gaining elevation. At the top, the trail enters an opening caused by a large rockfall. From here, you'll be able see the falls and some impressive rock cliffs. There are also some great views to the valley.

You can continue along Snoquera Falls North back to White River Trail #1199. However, the north side has steeper sections and a few loose areas. This portion might not be as good for kids.

Family hike. Trail in great shape. Didn't get to the falls but heard it was only a trickle. 3mi
