Description
Like most of the trails at Mt. Spokane, The Goods is most commonly accessed from the top to the bottom. However, it can make for an alternative to
Trail 120 for loop hikes. The singletrack begins off of
Trail 120 a short distance from the Lower Selkirk Lot.
From the parking lot, head down
Trail 120 for about 50 yards to the turnoff on the right. The trail descends along a series of switchbacks underneath a shady canopy.
As it continues, the trail gets narrower and rougher requiring hikers to navigate over some challenging roots and tricky footing. There are also a few small bridges. Just be wary of the traction if things are wet.
This almost three-mile trail has a couple flat and uphill stretches, but the majority of the time is spent following a sustained descent to Mount Spokane Drive.
