Description

Sunset Pink is a short trail that takes hikers up a gradual climb to a nice clear-cut with some views across the valley and of downtown Winter Park. The trail starts on the west side of Vasquez Road - look for a gated entry shortly after the trail sign.

From here, the trail climbs gradually behind some homes and condos, until looping back through a young aspen grove before connecting with Akima's Way. Stay to the left to continue on Sunset Pink, and the trail will continue to climb, eventually connecting to D3.

Flora & Fauna

Aspens and wildflowers in season.
