Family Friendly It has a tunnel-like feeling that's great for hobbits and little humans too while still receiving plenty of light and offering frequent good views.

Description

This is a 1.2 mile "hikers-only" trail built in 2003 with the assistance of the California Conservation Corps. The trail passes under oak canopies, through chaparral, and across open meadow. It offers excellent views to the south of the Cuyamaca and Laguna mountains.
