Description

From the trailhead at the end of Denning Road, you'll start out on the yellow-blazed Phoenicia East Branch Trail, following the old carriage road with its nice easy grade. This trail connects hikers to other trails. At about 1.2 miles in, you can take Peekamoose-Table Trail; at 2.9 miles, you can detour onto the Curtis- Ormsbee Trail, and at 3.7 miles, hikers will pass the Wittenburg Cornell Slide Trail.

Other branches of the Phoenicia East Branch Trail can be accessed, with the full length of the trail being closer to 9 miles in length.
