Description

The Waterfall Loop Trail begins off of the Lookout Loop Trail a few feet from the road. From there, it heads south along rolling terrain as it climbs beneath the branches of a deciduous forest. The singletrack soon reaches a series of steep switchbacks and the occasional root ball. The necessary footwork isn't taxing over these small obstacles.

Ahead, a short section of fence posts surrounds a small viewpoint that provides a slightly obscured look at the long cascading falls that spills down a sheet or rocks (water flow will likely vary depending on the season). The trail continues up for a short distance to intersect with the Waterfall Loop Spur before it descends back to the road along a wide corridor.
