Description

While not the most interesting trail in the world, the North Rim Trail is a nice place to get out and enjoy nature. There are some places where mud slides have narrowed the road, though it's wide enough to use. Poison oak impinges on the trail in some places, so keep an eye out, but otherwise get out there and soak up the fresh air!

Flora & Fauna

Deer, turkey, rabbits, quail, acorn woodpeckers, and red tailed hawks are abundant in this park. Audubon leads bird hikes here if it gives you any indication.
