Overview

It is a short trail. Not too difficult, but you might want to leave granny in the car.

Need to Know

Yellow Creek Mountain Trail (#48) is nearby. This trail does not connect.

Description

This waterfall in the Nantahala National Forest is a hidden gem that most people just drive on past. Roughly 3/10 of a mile, this brief trail does not have any major inclines or declines. Tree roots and rocks are abundant, as is typical for the area, hence the intermediate rating.
