“More St. Joe hiking to be had but without any cars!
”
Where the North Fork St. Joe River Road "ends" this trail begins. Ok, so it was the same road back in the day. Today it is a trail for you to enjoy, and the cars are not allowed on it.
This trail does have a few ups and downs and a lot more trees than the Moon Pass Road it parallels. This trail makes a great loop option for hikers that want the full Hiawatha experience but do not wish to backtrack.
