Description

This is one of series of spot elevations reachable after the San Pasqual (Clevenger) Canyon North main climb. The hike is a bit of scramble and poison oak may be present in places.

At the 1.1-mile mark the trail heads west following the fence of Rancho Guejito before turning south to summit the spot elevation. The traverse next to the fence puts this trail north of the trail on the land manager's map but makes it easier to follow.

On the land manager's map, this trail is in the area covered by the "Note: Trails in the northwestern section are not currently being maintained". This doesn't mean that the area is closed but the route is likely to involve more bushwhacking as the years roll by.
