Description

This trail is wide which makes it great for hiking with a social scene without losing much of its challenge. It is well treed for escaping the heat of the day. There are some areas of standing water along the side of the trail which may mean bugs in the summer months. The trail itself is fairly easy with soft dirt and the occasional tree on the ground to jump over. The hill climbs double as water runoff channels, but are wide enough to maintain a clean line even in wet weather.

Flora & Fauna

Deciduous and pine forests. Off trail there are plenty of thorny vines. Look for Morel mushrooms which are abundant in mid-spring.
