Family Friendly While its tread can make the footing a little tricky at times, it's nothing that kids can't handle.

Description

The Eagle Cut Trail is a great way to bypass the somewhat-uninspiring switchbacks of the CCC Road on beautifully built singletrack. Starting at the Underhill State Park Parking Area, look for the start of the trail in the northeast corner of the lot. Once on trail, make your way over its rooty and rocky tread until reaching the CCC Road in about a third of a mile.

From the road, simply follow this joint section of the CCC Road and the Eagle Cut Trail to its end at the trailhead for the Sunset Ridge Trail.
