Description

It's an easy to intermediate hike overall. The elevation is not that much but initially you'll keep going uphill. When you are approaching the top, you'll notice a crossroad, one to the left and one to the right. Follow the path to the right. There's no sign on the trail.

Flora & Fauna

There are trees and wildflowers on the sides of the trail; very pretty in March/April after they get enough rain.

From the trail, take time to look over downtown San Rafael and Mt. Tam.
