March and October: 8 am - 6 pm
April and September: 8 am - 7 pm
May - August: 8 am - 8 pm
Closed: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day

Description

This is a simple access path. Park officials have spiced the trail up with a display of the planets in the solar system. Signs for the planets are spaced out with the relative distance they would have in the Solar System to give interested parties a notion of the vastness of space.
