Description

An interesting trail that takes you along muddy streams and up and down ridges. Most of the stream crossings require rock hopping. If you start your hike from the Cemetery Loop Trail #341 and proceed eastward on the Long Branch Trail, most of the trail will be downhill. The eastern end of the trail will terminate onto the Butter Gap Trail #123.

This trail connects with the Cemetery Loop Trail #341 about 1.5 miles from the trailhead. This loop will take you back westward and will end on National Forest 475 Rd within eyesight of the trailhead where you started.

The trail blaze is orange.
