Family Friendly This is a wide, well-managed trail that has very little grade. With multiple trailheads, you can easily customize the route.

Description

This trail runs on an abandoned railroad line through prairie remnants, farmland, streams, forests, wetlands, and urban areas in the La Crosse River Valley. It connects to the Great River State Trail on the west and the Elroy-Sparta State Trail on the east.
