Description
This easy/intermediate trail starts from the dirt lot near the entrance to Harbison State Forest. Head west from the parking area using the Firebreak Trail. This trail is well-groomed with minimal rocks and roots and some bicycle traffic.
After about a mile, you'll come to a junction; turn right to continue on Firebreak Trail. Continue straight through the secondary parking past the restroom and through the service gate. Watch on your right for the "Firebreak Trail" sign and hang a right, heading down a slight decline with some nice chunky rocks for your ankle pleasure.
The rest of the trail is self-explanatory; enjoy the scenery and keep digging.
Flora & Fauna
Potential to see deer.
