Description

Expect great vistas on this easy to moderate trail that winds through open fields, woodlands, and Twin Creek. Take in the views from one of several benches along the trail. You'll also pass remnants of the Hopewell Earthworks, which are interpreted by a MetroParks sign and can be seen by locating the planting of prairie dropseed along the raised section in the meadow at the southern portion of the route.

Flora & Fauna

White tailed deer, great birding habitat, old growth forest, prairies.
