Description

Wapato Park is a great place to visit for someone looking for a quick escape or for those wanting to stay for the day. From picnic and playground areas, to the relaxing garden or the lakeside loop, this park is lovely. There is even a waterfall to explore near the entrance.

The lakeside loop is flat and wheelchair accessible from two parking lots. There are two docks where you can stop for bird-watching. The north side of the loop will bring you over a land-bridge, and then around to a playground area. Alternatively, if you veer north you can access the Pipeline Trail (not wheelchair accessible).

See the park's website for event calendar more details.
