Description
This trail ascends through pine and aspen forest before opening up into a series of clearings or meadows. Because this trail is common for horseback riding, the trail is narrow and scooped for a large portion, especially entering the meadows.
The trail terminates at FR 568 near a much larger clearing. This is a favorite of hikers, bikers, runners, and horseback riders as well in the busier seasons (usually May-Sept). Yield appropriately.
Flora & Fauna
Mule deer, elk, coyote, and black bear.
