Features Wildlife

The park closes at approximately 6pm - make sure to be off the trails prior to closing.

Description

This trail is easy with no grade. Some portions are sandy and so it may be less desirable for those hoping to move quickly. This is great for families looking for a longer outing than a nature trail, and for those with dogs on leash. Some horse trails intersect with this trail. This is mostly out of the shaded areas so it may be very hot in summer months.

Flora & Fauna

Can see deer tracks and wild boar digging spots. May be able to see Gopher Tortoises, and their holes or track (these are protected). Flora is mostly oak and palmetto scrub.
