From the Carriage Park Apartments enter the woods. This section begins to gradually descend in a more shaded section toward the park boundary, before turning east and rapidly descends into the valley between the two hills, over a creek, and up the other side.

Keep straight at the next intersection and left at the one soon after to circle around a small knoll and end on the Ridge Connector.
