Description

The western portion of this trail travels through coast redwoods between Redwood Regional Park's East Ridge Trail and Pinehurst Road. The eastern portion travels through mixed forest between Pinehurst Road and EBMUD's Valle Vista Staging Area (free vehicle parking). At Pinehurst Road, use caution as you cross. Access on each side of Pinehurst Road is through easily-visible gates. There is some room for roadside parking at this road crossing.
