Description

Cairn starts with a brief climb and then quickly levels out to lightly wind through a bright forest. The gradual climbing is quite pleasant and makes for a nice warm-up for the trails ahead. A final switchback leads into a long straightaway that eventually ends at the intersection with La-Z-Boy.

Flora & Fauna

Look for birds flitting through the ferns and trees of this lush second growth forest. Unexpectedly, the moss grows heavily on the south side of the trees here.
