Family Friendly Kids will love exploring the ash cave along this easy paved trail.

Description

The Ash Cave Gorge Trail is a short easy trail that's full of beauty and wonderfully wheelchair accessible.

Starting at the parking area, the trail follows a ravine lush with dense forest as it makes its way to Ash Cave. While the trail can be navigated quickly, it is far better to take it slow and truly absorb your spectacular surroundings.

If you'd like to extend your time on trail, this trail connects with the Buckeye Trail (and other various trails through Hocking Hills State Park) sending you on a journey of up to eleven miles if you choose.

Don't forget your camera! You'll want to remember these gorgeous views.
