Trail access is from the main road or from the Waterfall Trail.

Starting from the east end, the trail picks up after Waterfall Trail and follows along an elevation contour around the hollow. The trail pulls away from the hillside before crossing Muddy Run. Then it returns to more hillside trail, wrapping up at the main road or Bog Run.

The hillside sections are wide singletrack, unlike Bog Run. There are roots to be aware of, but ultimately this is a smooth trail.
