Description
At 4.5 miles, the Lost Creek Trail is one of the longest in the conservancy. It can be accessed from the Riverside Trail or 805 Spur, and the rolling terrain has similar amounts of climbing in either direction. There are no intersections through the middle, so navigating is simple and hikers can focus on enjoying the bench-cut singletrack as it winds through a very enjoyable forest setting. There are a couple of manageable creek crossings along the way that add to the fun.
This is a popular route with mountain bikers, so be alert as you hike.
