On foot, you'll notice the tread of Wild West has more undulations and amplitude, a result of mountain bike design.

Description

Wild West is the most advanced trail in the system with steeper rollers, jumps, etc. The design was focused on more fun for mountain bikes in this most westerly loop, something that you'll notice on foot.

You may feel that Wild West is the never ending trail - as it is possible to see the adjacent tracks to your left and right through the woods as it folds back on itself. The only way to get three miles of trail in nine acres!

It also has what will feel like the most challenging continuous climb all the way up Peak Attack.

Please do not shortcut the trail levels by cutting into the woods between terraced levels. The trail system is a sustainable design for limited maintenance - and making your own way straight downhill/uphill is not a sustainable form of travel nor a long term best practice.
