Family Friendly Taken by itself, this route is short, and moves between two picnic areas, making a great route for the whole family.

Description

An easy trail with almost no elevation change and very few obstacles. The Shallmo Wash Trail connects from the parking area where you can also access the Escondido Trail to its end point on the Pemberton Loop Trail, allowing for a variety of longer hike options.
