Description

From the boat ramps located on the southeastern shores of the lake, look for the trail map kiosk that shows all the different trails in the park. This is the Parvin Lake Trail which is marked in green and takes you around Parvin Lake.

The trail is fairly easy and doesn't have any major inclines. There are some roots on the path that you need to watch for and, at points, you need to find the green painted rectangles on the trees to know which path is part of the trail. Along the way, you'll enjoy scenic views of the lake and of the surrounding forest. This is a great place to escape from the everyday and get back into nature.

Flora & Fauna

This is a normal wooded area, and there are usually no wild animals other than rabbits, squirrels, birds, and insects.
