Description

This is a nice 3+ mile circuit that remains dry even when there's been a lot of sloppy weather. There are two major road crossing along the way which have parking along the road. There are a few in and out add-ons if you want to extend your hike.

Navigating the trail is mostly very straightforward. The one complication I've added here is when you veer off the main trail at 1.4 miles. There is a faint trail at the bottom of the hill that goes off to the left. This accesses a pavilion access road that keeps you in the forest more and on the road less.

Flora & Fauna

Mixed pine and hardwood forest.
