This is an easy to follow trail. The last bit has steep stairs leading to the falls. The falls are off-limits to swimming, but they feed into the Colorado River and one can still enjoy the waters. The trail has little shade and can be quite warm in the summer. The waterfall area is very treed and there is a benched area to sit.
