Family Friendly This is a nice quiet doubletrack. There are some rolling hills and short hard climbs, but in general the road is easy.

Description

FR 167 comprises the western leg of the "Short Creek Rim" roads. It generally follows the crest of the ridge from the head of Spaas Creek at Spaas Creek Road, and runs south along an unnamed ridge along the western watershed divide of Short Creek. The first portion is seasonally accessible by motor vehicle and the long section past the USFS gate is only open to motorized traffic during the fall hunting season.
