Description

At the southern end of the Leiffer Loop, continue onto the Leiffer to Ellsworth Loop connector and head along this shorter loop along the contours of the hillside.

Look for the bench at the start of this loop to rest your legs and take in the dense vegetation and formidable redwoods.

Flora & Fauna

Hazel and vine maple with springtime blooms of clintonia, western burning bush, thimbleberry, red huckleberry, and western trillium and California bay and tanoak.
